Every plan includes an allowance that resets each month. Each generation uses a share of it based on its settings, and the share is shown as a percentage before you submit.
It depends on the plan, resolution, duration and quality. The Generate page shows the percentage for your current settings before you submit; plans and top-ups are listed on the Pricing page.
After submitting, follow the task in the create page or task tray. We will let you know when it is ready or needs attention.
Technical failures and cancellations return the reserved allowance. Content blocked by moderation is not returned; moderation service outages are technical failures. Rejection before task creation uses nothing. Use the available appeal option if you believe a decision was incorrect.
PNG, JPEG, and WebP reference images are supported.
Reference images can be up to 15 MB.
Yes. Open a finished creation's detail page and use Delete. This only works for completed, failed, or cancelled generations, and it permanently removes the video — it cannot be undone.
