Service role

Porn Studio Pro is a user-directed software service for AI-assisted and synthetic media creation. The service does not recruit, hire, pay, or direct performers to participate in sexually explicit conduct.

Users control the prompts and source media they submit and are responsible for determining whether their own activity creates recordkeeping, labeling, age-verification, or other legal obligations.

Recordkeeping responsibility

Any user or other party that qualifies as a producer under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A, or other applicable recordkeeping law is responsible for maintaining and displaying the records required of that producer.

Uploading, editing, or generating material through Porn Studio Pro does not transfer a user's independent recordkeeping obligations to the service.

We may request evidence of age, identity, authorization, or consent when reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, a report, or an appeal.

Real, fictional, and edited-person boundaries

Sexual content involving a person under 18 or an apparent minor is prohibited without exception.

Fully synthetic or fictional depictions may not involve a real performer. When source media contains an identifiable real person, the user must ensure that the person is an adult and that the user has all required rights and consent.

AI generation, editing, face replacement, or other transformation does not erase legal obligations that may apply to source material depicting a real person.

If Porn Studio Pro is determined to have an independent recordkeeping obligation for particular material, we will comply with the applicable requirement.
